Auburn Pride: Friyay!

Friyay!

Do what you love, and love what you do!

Since I was nine years young I knew I wanted to be a Interior Decorator.  Decorating has always been a passion of mine.  Along with decorating, fashion is one of my greatest hobbies.  I am definitely one to always dress up, not saying that I don't wear T-shirts and shorts, but if I am going somewhere I will always look my best.  Along with many other hobbies and passions of mine such as Auburn, Cooking, DIY, Being out doors, etc.. Blogging has been a place where I can express myself, my passions and my hobbies with the world.  Not that I have the most exciting life to share, however I do like it and enjoy sharing it with you all.

This is what I love, and I love doing this.

Find what you are passionate about, what your hobbies are, then go after them.  Chase your dreams and what inspires you. "Don't let the fear of striking out, keep you from playing the game"  Life is short, therefore we should live it to the fullest. So take my advise and do what you love!

Happy Friday!

  3. Like I mentioned on your Instagram, I have a sign hanging that says do what you love. I live by these words! I swtiched my major so many times in college. At first I wanted to go into business because I thought it would bring wealth, but I eventually learned that 1.) I wasn't passionate about this type of work and 2.) My skill set did not align with that field. It's SO IMPORTANT to do what you love.

  4. You are so right! I love writing and it's a big reason why I started blogging. I try to remember the fun of it and not how much work it is and just do it for the sheer passion!

    1. Yes even when we are doing what we love it is still easy to get caught up in the business of the work instead of just having fun with it

  5. Thank you for the beautiful inspirational post this Friday! I love seeing these on Fridays rather than just Mondays because I feel like I have a new sense of motivation to work on "me" over the weekend.

  6. I've been working on this too, just doing what I love and going for the things that are scary! But then they turn out to be the best thing for me, so I'm glad I've started to take chances and go for the things that I love!

  7. It's so true. It's why I do what I do. Because I love it! I think everyone really needs to figure that out in life. And the sooner, the better.

  8. I love to dress up as well! Your clothes are one of the first things ...if not the first thing a person sees when they meet you ...which is why I take the effort into account! Thanks for sharing :)
