How to Take a Break on the Weekends!

How to Take a Break on the Weekends:

Hey y'all!
So I've been super busy this semester with school and trying to stay on top of things. So busy that I go a week without blogging very often now :O. So I'm trying to catch up a little bit with life by taking breaks when and where ever I can find time to....

Thankfully my amazing college has different events scheduled every week for free! The latest one I was apart of was a free concert. Lil' Jon, Rae Sremmurd, and Natalie La Rose all preformed. Not to mention our mascot Aubie got up and danced.

It was the break I needed and I encourage you that when your feeling overwhelmed to just stop for a minute and take a break. Go do something fun with a good friend, and let your hair down.

Have a great break!

Try it on Tuesday!

Try it on Tuesday:

This is a new dress of mine that I'm obsessed with! It's so different than what I am used to seeing, which is of course why I had to get it. The back is probably my favorite part of the dress. I also am usually very picky about patterns however, this one was just too cute!

Happy Tuesday!

Try it on Tuesday!

Try it on Tuesday:

So the other night I went to dinner with my friend of 17 years. Being a girl who loves fashion I chose this simple yet cute outfit. A simple tank top with my white cover shaw, skinny ripped jeans, sandals, and a few accessories. Never feel like you have nothing to wear, there just might be a hidden outfit in your closet;)

Happy Tuesday!

A Second Chance!

A Second Chance:
What do you think?
Do you think everyone deserves a second chance? Of course this could be taken in many ways. My second chance came in College when I was given the chance to be who I am and not who others made me be. Do not misunderstand, I was never the girl who wanted to be like everyone else and fell into peer pressure. Ugh still to this day I can't stand trying to be like everybody else, why would I? In my opinion Im Great! I like me, I find myself super funny and very entertaining....

You see in high school I was homeschooled, (side note: Home schooling is awesome! and I turned out totally normal...)  Growing up I was shy and quiet, however I out grew that sophomore year in high school, yet no one would know that because everyone still treated me as the shy, quiet (homeschooled) girl. Oh but college was my chance, my big break!

My friends today laugh at me when I say I was shy and quiet, or better yet... homeschooled. Their response is always "But you're so normal!" haha. But its great being myself and everyone letting me be just that!

Enjoy your second chance today!
