Guide to Decorating a Pumpkin

A guide to decorating a pumpkin:
So I like to think of myself as a unique person, I try not to be like everybody else and I definitely have a unique style.  No matter what I do throughout life I try to make it unique as well. The other day I went to the pumpkin patch with my baby girl (my dog Maggie) ((It was her first time)) and we picked our pumpkins for fall.  Obviously I couldn't just get a regular pumpkin, thats not in my nature. I already knew that I wanted a white one, so my next step was I had to find the most odd shaped one possible...

Then I had to figure out what I wanted to do with my pumpkin... Once I had an idea all I needed was:
  • Gold Glitter
  • Glue
  • Paint brush
  • Plate
  • Pumpkin

First paint on the Glue

Then add your glitter of choice.

Then Yay! You're finished!

Maggie loved getting her pumpkin by the way!
Hope you enjoyed!

  1. I LOVE this idea! No exhausting sawing with tiny knives or scooping out gooey insides. I'm totally doing this next year. Thanks!!

  2. Very cute! What kind of glue did you use?

  3. Love this! White pumpkins are so cool, and the gold is awesome.

  4. It turned out great! I love using glitter and gold paint for pumpkins, I think it looks so pretty and it's a great way to keep your pumpkins and go from Halloween to Fall/Thanksgiving while keeping them!

  5. so cute. that puppy pose at the end is the best!

  6. I love this!! Is this a real pumpkin or a fake one? If it's fake, I bet you use it every year.
